13 yrs old exp. Ready to get back on the road

Looking to get back on the road, off the road after tia then afib. It's been 8 years
On ssi disability since then.

New doc and heart doc seem ok with it in the near future. Had 13 years otr at the time just a big gap to deal with ,that looks to be a deal breaker.
