1yr old charge holding me back

I got hit with a dui and wasn't even driving but car was running. It is hard to find a trucking company and this happened a year ago. Got a lawyer and took tghis to court and got it to a reckless driving.

I have been applying for company's but I've got turned down because of insurance purposes . I am a good person and made a mistake. Just want to get out there and make some money. Please help!
