read your state's Dept of Motor vehicles manual on truck driving violations.....yes its lengthy and technical but this is how other people find out their info....

in my state no fault accident's need not be reported to DMV unless it is over 500 in car damages either party...if over that amount, then it shows on driving report for 3 years...

to many points on your driving record could render you unable to drive CDL...its up to you to find out from your motor vehicle dept to see your eligibility to drive or not, each case is different...good luck
