3 card scam mat 3 -4 on i75

I will give a reward for information leading me to the group that was running the 3 card scam in the first truck stop on South I71 just into Kentucky on may 3rd or 4th 2012 They stole my wedding watch and ring.

I was at the Wheeling WV Welcome center on 7/24/17 and a fellow saw me get out of a Penske truck and asked me if I had seen over 180K in cash. I said no and he took me ovsr to a large group of truckers playing a 3 card game. Stupid me I jumped in and before you know it people were trying to grab my wallet and watch of my body. I pulled out my tazer and they scattered like sissy's with my money. Lowlifes are everywhere. Had to call up my brother to get back home. I thought I knew it all. Stay away

Im sorry everyone is missing the point to this whole story but I dont feel sorry for you one bit. This is a classic example of if you want to find trouble in a truck stop its always easily accessable. Bet your the same kind of person that would complain that a lot lizard said she was clean and now you got a STD. You got yourself into this trouble, you should take your loses and be glad they didnt jump you and move on. You have to be mental to listen to a complete stranger tell you someone is "giving away money" and your the lucky guy they came across to give it to. Thats hilarious. Like I said, your lucky thats all they took from you. There are cases of people getting kidnapped, raped, even decapitated at truck stops and your worried about a watch and ring you got talked out of. Sorry man but suck it up and drive on. Im out!

No we were not scamed. one guy comes up to you and says someone won 10000 at the track and is giving 100 bills to everyone.
he takes you over to a group between several trucks.
they give you 100. they have 3 cards on the ground. he says double your money, all you have to do is choose the ace card, this goes on several times. then the guys say that is a nice watch, lets see it and pull it out of your hands, then they look at your ring and pull it off, nothing more is said.
when you bend down to look at the cards, the guys scatter in all directions. one guy folds his hand as if he has your things in his hand and says he has your items. then he points to trucks far w=away and says the guys are in one of those trucks. when you turn around that guy has dissapeared also.
We called the police and they said all drivers know of this kind of scam. My problem is I am not a truck driver, just a guy driving a diesel pickup.

Were you mugged? Can you explain the scam, please? A guy I have been seeing drives a wide load truck over the road a lot, I would like to give him a heads up, if he doesn't already know about this....
I'm sorry you were scammed/robbed!! That's awful! I didn't realize the things you guys/girls have the potential of dealing with when your on the road......
