A question on Truckers Ins Companies

I have a question,

Do Trucking Insurance Company's have an obligation to disclose to one of their Client's past employee's accident/incident record. Is there transparency so I can see what potential employers see just as you can with a credit report?

I am sure this will be of interest to many of my fellow truckers.

If you are refering to if you can get info about your dac, you can get a copy at the local dmv office for a few dollars. It will show you a list of violations(if any) on your license :)
