I was in a treatment facility for alcohol and depression can i get a job driving a truck?

Who is gonna know about it unless you tell them? Why would you tell them about medical information anyway?

Medical treatment is confidential information.

Unless you were sent to treatment stipulated by a court process by a judge, and due to a crime. This would show on a criminal record. The treatment part is still medical information and no one has the right to view this.

If you are still depressed of course you would not want to go back to work. Truck driving is a highly stressful job and if you have not been helped and cured of your depression this job could actually send you right back over the edge. My suggestion.....Think about getting a job that is not so stressful.
