Any schools near South Carolina?

My partner went to the CR England school in Indiana, but had some trouble passing the CDL test. She wants to try again after we save up some money, but she wants to go to a different school.

Just wondering if any knows up any schools near us that will allow her to pay off tuition gradually, instead of up front.

Or since she has her permit already, does she just need to retest somewhere?
