I have a 3rd dui with head on collision no one was hurt. Can I get probation if I have mental illness

no! does it make sense hiring someone who doesn't have a good record? 3 dui's is prison time in most states..

You have to speak to a lawyer about that. I do know that you won't be able to drive a truck with that record.

No company would hire you man.
