Anyone else have business lie on them about incidents

Hello, my husband has had no accidents, they begged him to start delivering boats on a low boy...the other day he was delivering to a place and a tree limb hanging down scratched the boat...

he took pics and reported it....company said , no problem...he has a great record....two days later the business owner is jumping up and down saying a fence was damaged too....this is fake and b.s. anyone else have businesses lie on them
