Are there other drivers that have experienced this surprised license suspended notice

License suspended

I was picked for a dot inspection yesterday in a neighboring state and the officer informed me my license was suspended.

Mississippi never sent me anything stating this and I have not violated any laws for them to be suspended. Fortunately the officer was understanding and didn't write it up, just shut me down, because the information about the suspension wasn't adding up.

There wasn't even a date when my license became suspended. I have heard of a few other people who complained about Mississippi never sending them notification about suspension even though MS. claimed they have.

I wish we could all get together and get our situation heard and make sure it doesn't continue to happen to other drivers. Any suggestions
Id appreciate it.

I hope I explained my situation well enough to be understood.

Instead of faxing your MED card NEW

Next time you might have to go to your state dam in person to make sure you self your MED card to your cdl they will vefiy that it was fine if you just fax it in they might be to busy and never see it get lost or thrown away it is better to do it in person at your doc right after you get your new MED card

It's possible that the state didn't integrate your medical card with your license. Fax a copy of your medical card to the state office and see if they can lift the temporary suspension.
