Can a company find out how long I have had my CDL?

When a employer check yo dmv records , do it shows how long did u have yo cdl for ? Cause I just received my class A and only looking for local work , but every job want u to have atleast 6 months OTR experience ..if I lied about a company when they do the dmv check would it shows how long I had my CDL or no ???

The short answer is yes. In every aspect of life, it never pays to lie on an application. Eventually the truth surfaces and the results are at best detrimental to advancement within a company such as promotion or pay. More frequently it would lead to dismissal. Remember however, with your CDL, a DAC report must be obtained by every employer regarding the work history of the applicant (you). Also the motor freight company's insurance carrier will dictate who is qualified to be placed on the policy.
