My twin is the main driver and he received a ticket on his partners log book not matching his.


Is that allowed?

Here is something to consider.

If they are teams.....

If the co-driver shows driving at a certain time and place. Then that driving plus the main drivers time driving need to support that truck being where it is.

If it doesn't then obviously somebody's logbook is wrong. The total of hours driving would be relevant to the distance the truck could possibly cover.

So I don't know the particulars or details of the situation at hand but that is a scenario that shows how reality could if nothing else cause suspicion and reason for further scrutinization and possible discovery of other issues.
