Can a trucking company give another company information on a failed drug test after three years

Over three years ago I failed a drug test. Now when I apply for a new job, the company I worked for over three years ago gives the new companies this information. Can they do this or are my rights being violated

according to DOT regs. that information BY LAW is not supposed to be included in your DAC report. You can legally fight this

Yes they can.And by law they have to read your DOT REGS.
