can i apply for a texas cdl if ive had any previous suspensions?

hello my name is Edward Wilson I would like to get my class A CDL I was curious if I would qualify if ive had any previous suspensions which I do.

About 2 years ago I lived in the Houston area and don't want to go threw all the test and trouble just to be told I don't qualify at the end. any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
