I had a DUI about 8 months ago. I got my driving rights back but want to get my cdl. Can I get a CDL in Florida after 1 DUI

if you have probation some trucking companies told me that its 7 years from the time you are off of your probation. Its something you should look into tho. Doesn't hurt to just call a recruiter. You can gain a lot of information by talking to a recruiter. Many companies out there that you can talk to. Dont get discouraged by the ones that say absolutely no. There are many out there that say no dui's ever. There are many that will say yes and many that will say no. Dont give up
