I was driving a tow truck that required no CDL can I still drive tow trucks for another company with no CDL after feeling a DOT drug test during a car accident

I am a graduate of criminal justice. You have to be clean for 3-5 years in order for them to consider you. If failed because a certain prescription then show a paper trail of accident doctors and what you took that may make a difference . However I'm not going to sugar coat it will be difficult to get in.
