I want ti add a hazmat endorsement to my Arizona cdl. My felony is over 7 years old. Will I pass the background check?

If you gun charge fit under the description below, you would likely be disqualified.

Unlawful possession, use, sale, manufacture, purchase, distribution, receipt, transfer, shipping, transporting, delivery, import, export, or dealing in a firearm or other weapon.

Getting my Haz Mat

I have a felony but it was from 2008 in California and I just caught a felony in Arizona for a gun charge I'm getting off probation in March for the gun charge.

Can I get my haz mat once I get the felony put to the side here in az(Arizona)
