Can I get a job with a Mariuana charge 10 yrs old?

Can i still get a job driving tractor trailer with a marijuana charge on my record. It was the only time i ever got in trouble and i am in the process of getting this expunged,but in New Jersey this charge will always still be on my driving abstract. It was 10 yrs ago.
