Can i get a truck driving job with drug charges?

2 years ago I was convicted and served 25 days in jail for being next to my buddy when he sold a 20 baggy of coke to a narc, but still got charged with delivery/manufacture of controlled substance.

I've always wanted to be a dump truck O/O. Can i still get the license for that kind of vehicle to work?

and if i can, can i get a job with companies as an O/O

You're in the right place to find a trucking company that runs dump trucks.

Just search on Ziprecruiter and Indeed.

You will see at least 20 different companies that are advertising for Dump truck Owner operators opportunties.

You're best opportunity though might come from just talking to guys you see driving dump trucks.

Ask them if they are owner operators.
If they are company drivers ask them if the company has owner operators. And if theyve talked to them.

Ask if they are happy and making money.

Do that every time you see a dump truck in an area near where you live.

2 year old drug charge might keep you from getting hired at some companies but others will say let's go!
