Can I get my own authority and drive for myself after failing a BAC

if i failed bac test at previous employer while not on duty and now want to obtain my own authority and drive for myself what are my options.

sure you can. remember you didnt loose your license just failed a test by a company. hire your self. oh talk to am insurance carrier to see how they figure rates. by driver and vehicle. see what data they look up about drivers.

by the way, many a small trucking company stated cause an o/o or company driver was fed up, broke or
discriminated.
