I got a speeding ticket when I was driving my own car. I have a commercial license.

My trucker guy got a ticket in AZ. we are in Calif. He hired an attorney to represent him and the attorney was able to pull off traffic school and he did it here in Calif.

No points, nothing. Get an attorney! He just got another one for running a red light in his car, and hired an attorney he paid the fine and the judge gave him no points once again!

Its worth your CDL to hire an attorney believe me! :) good luck!
