If you get pulled over and do not have your license on your person.

your CDL license will be revoked for 30 days. automatic.

thats first offense the rest get.
PS If your driving privileges are revoked and you continue to drive. When they catch you driving YOU WILL NEVER BE ALLOWED TO DRIVE A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE EVER AGAIN.
