If I quit working for Cr England is this class a I received from them (do170 etp)like a regular class a can I work any where else with it

Happens every day of the year at CR England. Dozens of companies will hire you.

CR England complains about it, but nothing they can do.

TransAm will take you for sure, but so will other companies.

Valid CDL A

If you got a valid Class A CDL, you can legally drive for someone else unless they have a noncompete clause in the contract which says that you can't.
