Can someone who has been convicted of transporting illegal trucks in a tractor trailer get his CDL back after he gets out of prison

Driver was convicted of transport illegal trucks in his rig and wants to know if he can get his CDL once he gets out of prison.

He is serving 20 year term and will be released within the next couple of years.
