This can be done with H-2B visa

H-2B visa is the most common way that foreigners can become truck drivers in America.

I don't know much about the process to go about doing it.

I ran across this site that SEEMS legitimate. They are listed with the BBB. (Better Business Bureau)

They are saying that you need 3 years experience for their program.

There might be companies that will sponsor you to come and train with no experience as well.

You'll have to do some research. Those people at that company might have some leads or you can google the largest US trucking companies and just call and ask them if they have a program for foreigners.
