It would depend on what caused you to be stop on the tracks.from your question it seems that you stopped for a red light and left part of your trailer on the tracks. If that is the case then you are at fault. Expensive ticket and a high insurance cost for your company.
Get a lawyer go to court you could probably avoid suspension but you will pay a fine. But then again you didn't explain what happen. To sum up. You better have a good excuse for being on those tracks.

I think knowing the circumstances involving this incident would give us more to go on.
If you ran the arm of course. Ignored the stop sign, of course. If you tried to shift and stalled....
If the truck broke down on the track, it's a totally different story.
