Can you be a small person and drive a big rig?

I'm a small person ( 5"4 ) , 160 lbs, and wanted to know if I can still drive a commercial truck as a profession?

I am a female 5'4 120 pounds and I have my cdl and drive no problem...my biggest challenge is getting the darn fuel cap off...lol it is too tight thank god for my team driver
