Yeah you can bring a bike with most companys.

It's actually easy to stay reasonably fit contrary to popular belief and opinion. It just takes doing what you have in mind being intentional and seeking the ways to do so. The discipline to follow through is another matter, which we all struggle with (I just gained 2 lbs in the last month. I'll have it off by next week though. LoL yep, been slacking.)
