Can you get a ticket from a Texas dot if your a/c is not working on your semi tractor?

Not including ca. As long as u have comfortable sleeping in other words it 100 degrees out side its your responsibility to get proper rest your company has to pay hotel if ac is not working if u can't rest

It's an obscure law, but in California, if anything that came as original equipment on a motor vehicle is not operating (the example given to me was the dome light) you can be cited with a "fix-it" ticket.
