Can't get experience

I have a CDL Class A license. I can't get hired anywhere because I don't have the experience. How can I get experience if no one hires me?

Where do I go from here? I asked if I could be a trainee. Everyone says no.

It's tricky to get experience with a new CDL but it happens all day every day.

Don't give up and follow this advice about some things that you can do.

Check out your local newspaper for job career siminars for the oil field. Oil fields are dying for drivers right now. If experience is what your looking for they may hire you right off the bat. If not you need to get in with a large carrier. CRST, USA, Swift, Schneider, they will give you the training that you need. Most oil field drivers only need 6 months experience. Honestly I would try and stay with a carrier for atleast a year but you want something more local especially here in Texas oil is the best route.
