Cleveland, Ohio been driving for over 20 years

I am currently working as a line haul driver for a owner operator and have been for two years. The problem is it’s six days a week and the truck is always breaking down.

Now I do my best to do whatever repairs I can and even help the owner with what ever I can. But I would like to work less hours or work for some one that has better equipment.

The stress it causes not knowing if your truck is gonna make it through the night is just getting to be to much.

I have been driving for over 20 years. I’ve never had any accidents and only two tickets the entire time. I treat the truck and all the customers like they were my own.

I like being home everyday but could be out for a couple of days at a time with weekends off. I’ve thought about becoming an owner myself but don’t think I could work enough to pay for a truck.
