Company cancels drug test then fires employee for refusal of drug test

Has anyone ever had a drug test cancelled because the facility had no one to administer the test?

How was it handled?

Yup I myself got random on my very last day before I was to quit at 2:30pm I had to go in,5pm came still couldn't they called it a refuseal,and that I had to do a sap ,750.00 plus 180.00 for counseling which took 2hrs total time,it took a week I was back working same company

... at a Consortium, there are proper channels they are forced by law to follow to ensure that you are not tagged with a "refusal"

You showed up to the facility, right?

That would stand up in court.

I'll tell you right now, you don't want that shit on your record. You best get it rectified in a Court of Law ASAP
