Concern about a outstaing contract I have with carrier

I am on my way to swift transportation to drive for them i went through cr england truck driving school and obtained my Cdl's but a week in with my trainer I quit cause they wouldn't pay me.

They even owed me back pay for 3 weeks I was waiting on a trainer so I have a contract on dac now cause I didn't stay with them for 9months so my question is, does anybody know will any of this effect me being hired with swift?
