If you get paid and then pay the carriers that is brokering freight and you don't have an authority to brokering or have a bond. NEW

You are only allowed to book loads in carriers name then the carrier pays you for your services. As you are taking payment then paying the carriers that is brokering frieght. And to go even deeper how wrong it is, if your getting the loads from other brokers then you are actually double brokering which a lot of brokers have a clause in their contracts that say that is against their policies and could cause carrier to not get paid as double brokering voids everything. That is why dispatching services are under the microscope with the FMCSA.

I'm an owner operator oh my truck and trailer I'm looking for 90% pay 100% growth RGN in 30 feet and well the dispatch myself and find good Freight paying $3 a mile. To 8 a mileI i do oversize loads where the good money is I have my lady with me we run together with in the truck 11 years 48 states years currently in the Sacramento area right now looking to sign on ready to rock and roll have my long-form have a medical card have an updated license for years good to go to your exam just need an authority on truck ..lets rock and roll make around 300,000 plus a year 702-628-6212
