Currently enrolled for CDL training - need pre-hire letter

I have a 2003 felony for false imprisonment and 2003 misdemeanor simple battery and sexual battery(misdemeanor)
I am currently enrolling at Katlaw to get my CDL training.
I need two companies that will hire me once CDL completed in order to get WIOA funding, government funding that I have already been approved for that will pay for my training.
I have 5 years experience OTR driving 26ft box truck. I have an associate degree.
I need two companies that will say that they will hire me upon completion on KATLAW CDL training.
