Dallas/Fort Worth Need help shifting 10spd (Especially downshift) Test on Thursday 7/13/17

I live in Wylie, but can travel around DFW. I'm in CDL training right now and I take my driving test on Thursday 07-13-17.

I'm doing ok on everything else except shifting...struggling to get out of the 5spd car mentality.
