It depends on the company and the place where you are logging from. If you can get in and out then you haul.

Some places are too slick and muddy to get traction. No point in hauling in the rain on those days.

Best to ask that question to the trucking company you plan on hauling for and find out about the mill (assuming that's where you're going to take the logs).
