Swift Review $600 - $800 Weekly Dedicated Sears by: Anonymous
I went with swift right out of school. They put me with a mentor for 6 weeks 240hrs driving. They paid me 400 a week. Then I was put solo making 25 cents a mile.
1 month later they put me NE regional making 35 cents a mile. 2 weeks later they put me dedicated to sears. I'm now making 600-800 a week they pay me 100.00 flat for load and 15.00 for stops.
If your load is over 277 miles then I get the miles plus stops. It's really not a bad company like people told me.
I'm staying dedicated as long as I can.

With Swift, it's low pay. I know someone who drove for them. If you're right out of truck driving school and need training, they're an option, otherwise, Swift isn't good for a long term company to work for.
