getting a trucking job with a felony depends on many things

Jimmy is right.

You will qualify for a trucking job with 1 felony of 5 years old. Not saying it will be easy. Especially in today's economy.

Remember your attitude will be your greatest asset to getting hired.

You might want to try and get a pre-hire before paying for school unless you are already prepared for what ever length of time it takes to get a job.

Never mind what the recruiter told you, you qualify for a trucking job at some trucking companies but it doesn't mean you will get hired by the first one you apply to.

Getting hired with a felony.

Some companies will hire you, if the felony is over 3/5/7 years ago. All companies do it differently. You just need to make a lot of calls and see what happens. Good luck....Jimmy
