I refused a drug screen now i can't find a job ,I also completed an SAP program

refusal is the same as a dirty test.....sorry that's the way the system works, and a question you should ask yourself is why would you refuse it? why would you think just because you did a SAP program this means that you are not subject to future drug testing? If a job request a drug test that is part of the screening process and everyone including those who do not use substances at all, must take the test as well.....you might need to rethink your motives and get back to your recovery process it does no good to do a SAP program if you do not intend to use the tools that are given through that program.....ABSTINENCE is the way to go!!!!!
