That will depend on how the law is written in PA. If the offence is within the last few years you might want to think about finding a new line of work.

Most companies that will hire with a d.u.i., will only do so if the offense is at least five years old.

Don't forget that for D.O.T. regulations you (may) need to enroll in S.A.P.= substance abuse program. Remember Jesus died for you because Jesus loves you.
