Electric connector to truck

I keep ripping the electric cord out of my trailer when I turn sharply in the plant parking lot.

WTF am I doing wrong?

Instead of turning sharp try making a wider turn think if that company has 50 to 100 drivers that trailer is being used alot maybe and if all the drivers keep turning sharp like you do yeah something going to break may not happen right away but will that and if you pigtail hanging low it might be getting caught on something form behind the car of the truck who knows only way to find out is slowly make a sharp turn and have someone watch out to see hope this helps
