Equal pay for women

As a woman driver, I'm great at my job but there are times when men watch you backing ect they looking for you to mess up but they got disappointed.

I've been in tuff places where men fuss and curse because they had a hard time and been driving years before me.

We have fewer accidents but these company will pay woman drivers less. I say equal pay women we matter also.
