Failed breathilizer while truck was in the shop

I was off duty my truck was in the shop and was in a hotel I had drank the night before and the next day when on swift property still had alcohol in my system and took a breathilizer and failed.

Does this disqualify me from employment with other companies.

From my experience it would qualify as a " company violation " where other companies would like JB Hunt would want another 6 mths experience before consideration of hiring. This should not be a DOT violation due to the hours since last alcoholic consumption, and not in operation of the vehicle. Prepaid legal would be a good choice considering you just " brushed your teeth, with mouthwash ".
