Fines in AZ for over axle weight...

I got a ticket for being 3,400 lbs overweight on my drive axle in Lake Havasu, AZ. How do I estimate the total fine before going to court?

Also, the officer who wrote the citation wrote on the ticket that it was tandems that were overweight not drives. He also gave me a copy of the weights where it clearly states that tandems were not over weight.

I know that it was my own fault for getting this ticket. Surely a mistake I will not make again. However, will it stand in court since the information on it is incorrect?
