First DWI is 1 year old

I got my first DWI in April of 2015 other than that my record is clean. I started driving in 1997 and stopped in 2003 now I want to get back into it but keep running into snags as far as companies policy of DWI. If there is such thing as a second chance I would do anything to get one this is a career that I love with a passion.
