Florida truck driver with past experience needs refresher course to hit the road again

I have a valid CDL class "A". But, I have not been in a driver position for over 5yrs. I am looking to team drive and make between 50K - 55K a year. I feel if I could get a 4 week refresher, I'll be driving like an old pro.
