Fort Lauderdale trucking job or OTR

I have a couple of months experience with Werner enterprises.I have an class A license but haven't driven since 08.

I worked in another field for 3 yrs .i would like to drive for another carrier OTR or local.

Any suggestions of carriers that don't mind the gap in driving?
