How much on average freetime do you have per day? I have a dog I wanna take with me and I wanna make sure she and I get enough exersize.Do you just basically sleep and drive or will I have time like at least an hour a day to spend walking my dog? Thanks

Fun time with the truck dog

This question is one of my biggest concerns about getting into trucking. Daily exercise for me and my dog. Exercise is too important to life and longevity to neglect it for a job. What is the honest answer from you long haul truckers?

Walking the pooch.

Your day varies. You may have 3 hours to walk the pooch, or just a couple minutes here and there. You do have, or should have, 10 hours free time every day minimum, but remember, out of that 10 hours comes your sleep, eating, showering, laundry, t.v. time or whatever you choose to do. Number one rule in trucking is manage and plan your time. Jimmy
