Fuel purchase for company drivers??

I would like to know how drivers pay for fuel. Do you have to pay with your own money? Do you get reimbursed? Does the company give u a credit card?


I know owner operators gotta pay for their own fuel. I'm wondering specifically about prime inc. but all answers are welcome.

They pay for fuel but not with their own money. They use a company card.

As a company driver with Prime all your fuel is paid for by a Comdata card. They will tell you where to fuel and how much to get because they use a fuel optimizer program to keep their fuel cost down.
